Recube
Rimor Recube (patent filed in 2015) is a ventilation unit developed after years of research and collaborations that led to the patent of a compact machinery that guarantees remarkable aeraulic performances and high-efficiency. Developed due to the innovation needs of the rotogravure-flexography-coating sector, the compact ventilation unit Recube today is widely used in numerous sectors such as automotive and industrial painting. Rimor Recube, thanks to its flexible and compact structure can guarantee substantial energy savings (temperature controls, LEL control, humidity control, on-board recuperator), extremely reduced maintenance interventions, on-board machinery installations which therefore also entails evident costs reduction as well as piping and connection joints reduction.
Rotocabe
Rimor Rotocabe was our first patent and was developed due to the need to reduce noise emission in the ventilation sector. For this reason, the company by using a composite material has developed Rimor Silent, a ventilation unit completely soundproofed without renouncing to the aeraulic performances of the machinery.
Projects with clients
Mini Container
Mini Container (patent filed in 2013) is a compact industrial system for the Printing & Converting sector, developed for adjacent, rapid assembly, for testing, delivery in container and re-assembly at final user’s site, optimizing this way costs and timetables.
Flow Reverse
It is a valve system (patent filed in 2012) adequate to achieve a flow reverse applied to a single fan. This system is particularly appreciated for its compactness and energy savings and it is an alternative to the 4 valve system that finds wide usage in the Waste & Energy sector.
Radiator Air Distributor joined with a Vibration Absorber
It is a machinery (patent filed in 2014) for ground testing of the military jet F-35. The vibrational and air flow management results have been excellent which has allowed us to collaborate with global companies on complex and important projects.
Rimor Filtroplus
The Rimor Filtroplus model has been developed due to the need to have a filtered air entry point but at the same time to guarantee limited noise emissions. Therefore today Rimor builds filtering and soundproofed systems of any size, suitable also for installations in limited spaces and where usually maintenance is difficult to carry out due space issues.
Rimor Blockheat
Rimor Rimor has developed and introduced on the market, a motor cooling system (finned heat sink installed on the motor axle) in order to guarantee fans’ functioning which are directly paired for extremely high temperatures in a sector where our competitors use belt transmission technology. This model therefore has substantially reduced the maintenance aspect related to transmissions and increased the efficiency of the ventilation units.
