An axial fan is an operating ventilation unit used to carry out a physical process inside it to increase the pressure of the air that passes through it. The increase in air pressure causes a positive difference with the outside or, if the delivery is close to the environment, a negative difference (depression) in its suction branch.

Axial Fans

The single-stage axial fan is used for the transport of large volumes of air with low pressures. It is made up of a drum in a pressed steel sheet or welded to a flange or double flange, with holes suitable for anchoring to the wall or between pipes.

The impeller is supplied in die-cast light alloy with airfoil blades and cantilevered on the motor shaft. The angle of the impeller blades is adjustable for large models.

The impeller can also be supplied in different materials where necessary.

The available range starts from diameter 315 and goes up to diameter 2,500 with speeds up to 2,900 rpm decreasing with increasing diameter and flow rates up to 350,000 m³ / h.

The single-stage axial fan is built with directly coupled technology. Still, it can also be supplied in the version with transmission using belts and pulleys, allowing the use of these axial fans for temperatures up to 200 ° C.

An accessory for filtration can be supplied with various degrees of filtration from G2 to M5.

The two-stage axial fan is used to transport large volumes of air with medium pressures; in fact, pressures of 500 mm H2O can be reached.

The two-stage axial fan is made up of a drum in a pressed steel sheet or welded to a flange or double flange, with holes suitable for anchoring to the wall or between pipes.

The impellers are supplied in die-cast light alloy with airfoil blades and cantilevered on the motor shaft. The angle of the impeller blades is adjustable for large models.

The impellers can also be supplied in different materials where necessary.

The available range starts from 315 mm diameter and reaches up to 2,500 mm diameter with speeds up to 2,900 rpm, decreasing with increasing diameter and flow rates up to 350,000 m³ / h and pressures up to 500 mm H2O.

The environmental axial fan is used to transport large volumes of air with low pressures and is widely used where it is necessary to move stagnant air to create a healthier and more productive environment.

With environmental axial fans, it is possible to cool large rooms such as warehouses by eliminating exhausted air and are ideal for the industrial sector.

The centrifugal opening system (the ideal solution to open and close the shutter without the aid of additional electrical devices), the stainless steel impeller for long life, and the double bearing for optimal balancing maximize this efficiency fan, reducing the noise.

The environmental axial fans are built in a square galvanized sheet structure for ease of installation.

The range available is from 800 x 800 mm to 2,000 x 2,000 mm fan with damper or bird protection net (to be seen) for flow rates up to 75,000 m³ / h.

The environmental axial fan can work with fluid temperatures up to 50°C.
