The choice of material, thicknesses, and appropriate reinforcements make the Heavy Duty Fan a fan of the first choice. All the construction materials of the HeavyDuty Fan are produced by laser cutting with precision 0.1 mm: the case is fully welded, the impellers are made with double or triple reinforcements (inlet rings -rear ring -intermediate ring) to obtain pressures up to 0.25 bar achievable with a single stage

Superior class balancing is also provided on impellers with turned hubs coupled by welding for better stability over time. For the construction of the Heavy Duty Fan centrifugal fan, great importance is given to the impeller, which can be of the reverse curved or forward-curved blade type.

Rimor S.r.l. also has a technical office suitable for engineering for any application, both with fluid dynamics calculations and specific simulation studies. Thanks to the certified system Dassault Systemès Solidworks. That is why the series is made to measure the design flow rate and pressure.
