Automotive Testing Ventilation
Rimor manufactures wind simulators for climatic dynamometer rooms, that can reach high speeds, work in temperature conditions with large temperature variations and to ensure homogeneity of flow, just as required by the various regulations including the WLTP.
Ventilation systems are also created for climatic dynamometer rooms and exhaust gas extraction, suitable for the various control tests carried out in the environmental field. Rimor is therefore able to guarantee machines that comply with all the regulations in force in the automotive field, thus meeting the needs of all the car manufacturers at a global level.
Rimor wind simulators can be moved on wheels with centrifugal, helical or tangential executions.
The wind simulators that Rimor produces are suitable for working in climatic dynamometer rooms and therefore at temperatures well below zero, subject to continuous and sudden changes in speed, accelerations, decelerations and climatic conditions, also on request all the machines they can include a height adjustment system. They are fans for the climatic room test or climate room for cars with ambient temperatures that can reach even -30 ° C with the air flow speed of the driving wind machines from 90 to 300 km / h.
