RECUBE is a new industrial ventilation system developed by RIMOR S.r.l. RECUBE is a new concept of ventilation for industrial processes that involve air: a leading system recognized in many fields and industries.
The concept of the cube:
RECUBE is a compact ventilation unit, able to achieve high performances in reduced spaces. It can be assembled on the coating, rotogravure, flexography, lamination machinery, filtration systems (such as for sandblasting and painting) and allows the integration with energy recovery systems, insulation systems, solvent control systems, flow rates, and pressure control systems. It is particularly appreciated for its low noise levels and easy to carry out maintenance.
The product was under development for 6 years and was first introduced on the market in 2008, the RECUBE unit is today Rimor’s product line strong point thanks to its integration in their production lines by leading customers in their respective sectors.

Single motor fan
RECUBE plug fan, the patented, insulated and soundproof industrial fan is a compact unit positionable horizontally in any situation with inlet directly from the bottom side and output from the 4 sides.
RECUBE, the soundproof industrial fan is available with backward blades, forward curved blades and forward curved open blades.
It is an industrial fan that is by default soundproof and insulated. The industrial fan RECUBE an (exclusive product of Rimor) extends the lifespan of the motor bearings thanks to the vertical position of the electric motor, the minimal vibration of the industrial fan, the minimum degree of imbalance thanks to the structure of the RECUBE and the possibility of eliminating anti-vibration joints and anti-vibration mounts thanks to RECUBE’s design.
Maintenance operations such as RECUBE’s ventilation machine balancing and impeller cleaning are made easy and safe as required by the machinery directive 2006/42/CE.
Flow Rimor is available: an accessory for the fan flow rate measurement through the Venturi system.

Single motor fan
The RECUBE plug fan tall by Rimor is a compact ventilation unit that eliminates the need to insert a suction air plenum and ducts in inlet. The RECUBE is a soundproof and ventilation unit which also provides the option of being divided into two parallel fans (see RECUBE double fan plug).
The RECUBE plug fan mono is a soundproof and insulated ventilation unit with on-board measurment systems which allows air intake in the unit from multiple direction and serve multiple inputs and several branches of the system.
The RECUBE Plug fan is an industrial fan with an exclusive integrated soundproofing case.

Single motor fan
The RECUBE Plug Fan, a soundproof and insulated fan, allows to solve the problems of heating and air filtration. The RECUBE can easily integrate:
- steam based heat exchangers;
- hot water based heat exchangers;
- oil based heat exhangers;
- gas burners for heating and drying.
The RECUBE itself can also solve cooling problems by easily integrating chilled water and glycol water based heat exhangers.
The RECUBE Plug Fan is an industrial fan that allows to integrate regulation valves to create simple heating circuits even with multiple inputs, thus allowing the recirculation of the heated air in industrial furnaces, in drying systems for powder and liquid based paint and in heating and tempering systems.
Rimor’s RECUBE plug fan, complete with soundproof and insulation can also accommodate cross flow recuperators, flow rate control and measurement systems (a patented Venturi system for the measurement of flow rate and pressure and it is easily integrable with the regulation inverter).

The RECUBE plug fan blower is a soundproof cooling fan with the air intake from the environment with the integration of optional filters. It is a specific model of soundproof industrial fan with an integrated silencer in the RECUBE that minimizes the overall dimensions and maximizes the efficiency and safety of the machinery.
The RECUBE plug fan Blower on vertical axis has default soundproofing with noise absorbing partitions and a further possibility of soundproofing in case it is necessary to achieve reduced acoustic emissions up to even 75 dB (A).
The RECUBE plug fan is used to cool and ventilate hot items that have to be cooled with a directly coupled ventilation unit with limited ground encumbrance.
The ventilation unit can integrate measurement and control systems for flow rate and pressure.

The RECUBE Plug Fan industrial fan for extraction is an industrial fan that can:
- put an input in depression to create the vacuum in production circuits (for example for deformations of metal sheet at high temperature);
- create depression in a chamber;
- suck air at high pressures to lift items;
- extraction of air with re-emission in the work environment.
For example, the RECUBE plug fan can be equipped with a silencer on the outlet section or a simple filter for re-emission in the environment.
The extraction system RECUBE plug fan is a soundproof and insulated ventilation unit that can also extract extremely hot fumes or dusty air.

Double motor fan
The soundproof insulated industrial fan Rimor RECUBE with two fans creates a simple circuit that sends air to the input, recovers it and substitutes a part of it with fresh air using a heat recuperator for heat recovery and transfer. It is used mainly wherever there is a need for ventilation for dryers, ventilation for printing & converting systems, ventilation for lamination, ventilation for flexography, ventilation for rotogravure, ventilation with gas or other heating burners, ventilation for drying chambers, ventilation for furnaces with pollutants to be disposed of, or solvents to be evaporated. It is ideal for creating ventilation systems for painting with heating and integrated LEL control with solvent or humidity measurement devices inside the system.
The RECUBE plug fan constitutes a circuit of soundproof and insulated industrial fans with an inverter.
The RECUBE plug fan by Rimor can accomodate heaters and heat exchangers to generate hot or cold air, controlled with specific tools such as the inverter and regulation systems such as valves.

Double motor fan
The RECUBE plug fan parallel is a two-fan ventilation system built together in the same body with the possibility of creating a system with two fans in parallel or two fans in series.
The two-fan RECUBE plug fan system is a ready-to-use system with two industrial fans installed in parallel and connected through valves. This configuration allows the use of the two industrial fans (soundproofed with integrated soundproof cabin, integrated insulation) simultaneously on the same circuit thus doubling the flow rate. An alternative configuration of the two-fan Recube plug fan system is that with the two fans installed in series which allows to double the pressure.
The RECUBE plug fan double allows to disassemble one industrial fan without having to stop the functioning of the other one, allowing, therefore, the maintenance of one industrial fan while the other one is operational.

Triple motor fan
The triple RECUBE Plug Fan is built with two launch fans and one intake fan and with single heating which is used to generate two flows at the same temperature to feed two inputs with the same temperature but with two different flow rates different. This model of triple RECUBE plug fan with a single extractor fan allows to have a single LEL control or a single humidity control on the recovery.
This RECUBE ventilation unit, an insulated and soundproof industrial fan that feeds drying systems for the Printing & Converting sector, humpback rotogravure machinery or any system with two separate inputs, but with only one intake where humidity or solvent presence control is carried out (controlled drying of rotogravure or laminating machinery).
The valves regulate the amount of fresh air to introduce into the circuit to keep humidity or solvent percentage under control.
The single heating and single control of humidity and solvent allow savings in financial terms.
The reduction in size – due to the compactness of the system – and reduction of noise emission levels and heat dispersion allow to obtain excellent results.

The RECUBE Plug Fan ventilation unit with double launch and single intake with double heating allows to obtain a typical circuit where there are two launching machinery with two different inputs such as air blades or dryers for rotogravure machinery, flexographic machinery, lamination machinery, lamination, and coating machinery. These are examples of inputs where there are two air-launch areas and a single intake with subsequent choice of emission of exhausted air to the outside and automatic intake through filters, necessary to restore the quota of exhausted air emitted.
The RECUBE plug fan ensures considerable flexibility as the double heating system allows to obtain two different temperatures on the two airflows. This industrial fan model is soundproof and insulated and this ensures effective circuit management.

Triple motor fan
The RECUBE Plug Fan triple motor ventilation unit with double launch, single suction with single heating and fresh air intakes allows to minimize the components while obtaining the desired circuit. The objective to be reached with the desired circuit is to have two different launch temperatures and two different flows, a single suction, an area of choice where the exhausted air (controlled through humidity or temperature sensors) is replaced with fresh air, a single heating and subsequently two air intakes that lower the temperature of the flow that has to be kept at a lower temperature between the two.
The RECUBE soundproof and insulated ventilation system allows for a very effective configuration by minimizing the humidity control systems, LEL control systems, and heating systems while at the same time achieving a double launch circuit at different temperatures and a single intake on gravure hoods, dryers, flexographic hoods or lamination, and coating machinery.

Quadruple motor fan
A high-temperature industrial fan, an industrial fan with forward curved blades, an industrial fan with backward blades and an industrial fan with forward curved open blades all inserted into a single body that together provides a circuit where the fans can be separated from the other industrial fans or connected to them through automatic or manual valves. The industrial fans can be activated through an inverter and controlled thanks to the Venturi flow measurement system.
The industrial fans inserted in the RECUBE plug fan quadruple are high-efficiency ERP fans which can be executed with the configuration requested by the customer, avoiding the connecting anti-vibration joints and the anti-vibration mounts.

The industrial fan RECUBE plug fan is an exclusive and patented technology by Rimor, developed after years of investment in R&D. All air flows are simulated through CFD simulations.
RECUBE Plug Fan with burner
The RECUBE industrial fan with industrial burner is a heating machinery that can be used in multiple processes. It is available as a heating machinery with direct or indirect burners integrated into the ventilation system.
The RECUBE heating and ventilation system is a system used for example in industrial drying or heating processes, industrial painting processes and heating processes for thermal processes.
The RECUBE ventilation and heating system is used during heating phases at low temperatures or high temperatures up to 900 ° C, during phases of metal tempering or preparatory phases for heating treatments.

During combustion at high temperature, the oxygen (O₂) and nitrogen (N₂) present in the air react and generate NOx nitrogen oxides which are responsible for many polluting phenomena such as acid rain and the formation of ozone in the lower atmosphere, with known detrimental health consequences.
The RECUBE plug fan for burners integrates an external fumes recirculation fan to reduce the flame temperature, the oxygen concentration and raise the aggregates (N₂ and CO₂).
